VSGi Advance Replacement Service (Basic Service Agreement)
The Advance Replacement Service Agreement includes 24/7/365 technical support, RMA support, next day parts replacement, software updates, standard manufacturer’s warranty support and 24/7/365 access to VSGi video conferencing test facilities (IP/ISDN). On-site technician support is available on a T&M basis.
VSGi 5 Star Service (Premium Service Agreement)
VSGi 5 Star Service includes everything from the “Advance Replacement Service” agreement, and adds Nationwide On-Site Technical Service.
VSGi Integrated Room Service (Premium Service Agreement)
VSGi Integrated Room Service Agreement covers and protects your video conferencing investment beyond video conferencing units. This service agreement includes A/V components in integrated conference rooms – control panels, audio and sound systems, microphones, etc. Check with your Service Account Manager for more information and complete program details.
