Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the project and ensuring that deliverables and functionality are achieved as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Project Manager plans, guides, and oversees the day-to-day internal activities that support the project and assists in the development of the master project schedule and all other project work plans. The Project Manager is accountable for the development, maintenance, and adherence to the project guidelines and timetables. They are also responsible for the management of all resources assigned to the project, serves as the primary liaison between the project and the customer, and escalates decisions and issues as needed. The Project Manager coordinates project related issues with other efforts including change orders and scope changes, reviews and resolves project issues not resolved at lower levels, and directs the project management functions.

On-Site Installation / Implementation Team Lead

The On-site Installation / Implementation Team Lead will be responsible for the implementation portion of the project. He/she will provide implementation management leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all installation employees and implementation activities. In addition, they will be responsible for effectively managing all information technology resources assigned by the Project Manager, including implementation strategy, organizational change management, production support, project knowledge transfer, defect/problem tracking, and Maintenance & Operation. The On-site Installation/ Implementation Team Lead will coordinate SOWs and interface directly with contractors to ensure technical obligations satisfy all objectives and expectations.

Order Management

Once an order has been reviewed by the Project Manager and Engineering it is released to OM for procurement. OM will follow up regularly with vendors and ensure timely delivery for all product and materials required for installation. OM will report delivery progress and any off schedule conditions to PM and expedite as required. An Order Manager will be assigned to the project for entry, purchasing and expediting for the duration. Time dedicated to the project will vary from full time near the start to minimal effort once equipment is on-site.
