VSGi Selected by MiCTA/ATAlliance to Provide Network and Conferencing Services to its 20,000 Members Under New Contract

McLEAN, VA – August 5, 2005 - Visual Systems Group, Inc. (VSGi), the full-service conferencing solutions provider offering best in class products and services for video, voice, web, and data communications has been awarded a second contract with the MiCTA/ATAlliance for Video Network and Conferencing Services this week. VSGi had already demonstrated a wide variety of capabilities that MiCTA/ATAlliance demanded on behalf of its membership, including fiscal reporting, customer references, broad geographical coverage, service offices, product line breadth, and overall customer value. This new contract expands VSGi’s offering to include IP network services and bridging so that MICTA members have a true total solutions provider for their requirements.
