Customers Give VSGi A+ Grades on Service and Support

Survey Rates VSGi with 96% Overall Customer Satisfaction

MCLEAN, Virginia April 29, 2008 – Visual Systems Group, Inc. (VSGi), a nationally recognized premier integrator of video, voice, web, data collaboration, and communications solutions, today announced that Boston Research Group, an independent full service market research firm, recently conducted a "Customer Satisfaction Survey" as part of VSGi's annual customer service survey requirement. VSGi achieved an overall customer satisfaction rating of 96% for service and support.  The sampling was conducted with a group of over 500 unique VSGi customers' that received service during the last six (6) months.

  • Ability of reseller to correctly diagnose hardware problems
  • Ability of reseller phone support to diagnose software problems
  • Ability of on-site service engineer to coordinate with Polycom or other resources to diagnose and fix your situation
  • Professionalism and courtesy of on-site service and support engineers
  • Ability of on-site service and support engineers to address your situation
  • Timeliness of on-site service engineer to address your situation

VSGi received 100% customer satisfaction rating in the areas of professionalism and courtesy of "phone support and on site service engineers".

VSGi's overall customer satisfaction rating has increased each of the past 3 years; 2005 - 94%, 2007 - 95%, 2008 - 96%
