John Hopkins School of Medicine
 On behalf of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, John Hopkins School of Medicine, I would like to tell you how pleased we have been with the support of VSGi in deploying and implementing a new videoconferencing network.
I began working with our VSGi Account Manager in September 2000, as we began planning our video network, its applications and budget. Our video network began with 6 locations and has since been expanded with 3 additional sites. We were pleased with the time that our Account Manager invested to ensure that Hopkins was planning appropriately for our needs, within budget and in consideration of longer term plans for our network. More importantly, our Account Manager has always been responsive to phone calls or emails, sometimes instantly. She is a delight to work with and very knowledgeable.
Recently I accepted a faculty position at Duke University Medical Center commencing September 1, 2002. I have already mentioned to our Account manager that I am thinking about joint Hopkins-Duke telepsychiatry applications. Should we move in that direction, you can be sure I will be contacting VSGi.
