Cable & Wireless has worked with VSGi since 1999, when the deployment of our national videoconferencing network began. Since its beginnings, VSGi has supported the growth and changing needs of our organization.

VSGi consulted with Cable & Wireless on our initial IP/LAN based deployments to ensure that each site was configured for maximum quality video, in addition to providing high quality project management services, follow-up and training as each site was installed. Cable & Wireless’ network consists of 23 domestic sites, 15 international sites and 3 MCUs that are currently covered by VSGi maintenance services.

Our primary means of transport for domestic and international calling is IP/LAN. We have been very pleased with the quality of videoconferencing utilizing an IP network, in addition to the maintenance of our network. VSGi also makes its best efforts to ensure that our internal technical team is educated on the technology that has been implemented and on new and upcoming technologies.

Cable & Wireless has found VSGi’s responsiveness to be exemplary. VSGi’s implementation and follow-up have been tremendous. The training programs were very in-depth, but kept to a level that everyone could understand. VSGi has proven themselves in these areas time and time again. VSGi’s Help Desk has provided outstanding support. I believe that any customer looking for a video integrator would be very pleased with all aspects that VSGi brings to the table.
