VoIP Sales Representative

VSGI has immediate openings for our Newest Division as a VoIP Sales Representatives in our McLean headquarters. This is a tremendous opportunity for a talented professional to advance your career in one of the fastest growing industries.

For successful professionals, there is no cap on commissions with unlimited income potential. Aggressive compensation plan including salary and commissions.

Responsible for acquiring and maintaining new business opportunities by selling our complete Voice over IP  solution to Enterprise accounts which encompasses hardware, software and services to ensure individual success and meet the organization’s business objectives.
Essential duties:

  • Identify, qualify and close new strategic accounts
  • Develop new leads through persistent cold calling and Internet research
  • Create and pursue an account plan to maximize opportunities and leverage our integrated solutions offering within key accounts
  • Effectively communicate and present to all executive levels of an organization VSGi’s complete value proposition
  • Lead negotiations, conduct product demonstrations, coordinate complex decision-making process, and overcome objections to capture new business opportunities
  • Proactively develop sales techniques to effectively identify and quantify strong, qualified new business opportunities
  • Consistently portray a professional image in all communications to potential customers
  • Proactively enter and track all leads and contacts through Web-based Sales Tool(s)

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years professional sales experience in high-tech or service related industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding corporate objectives and quota attainment
  • “Hunter mentality” and desire to over achieve
  • Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives
  • Self driven, motivated and results oriented
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, integrity, and outstanding organizational time management skills
  • Professional demeanor; team player orientation
